Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.

If your order is placed before Friday we can typically guarantee delivery for the following week, depending on your location.

You'll receive an email with an estimated delivery day within 1-2 business days from placing your order.

During busy periods, delivery times may be longer, and we’ll keep you informed of any delays.

If we’re unable to deliver your order ourselves, we may use a delivery company. In this case, your contact details may be shared with them.

Please note that if we use this delivery company, their policy is to deliver to the boundary of the property only. If you provide delivery instructions, we'll pass this on to them.

No worries at all. Many of our customer's aren't home during weekdays when we deliver, so we'll reach out to you beforehand by email (check your junk mail!), to work out a suitable spot to leave your plants in.

(Zone 1 & 2)

And free delivery on orders over $399 to Gold Coast and Ipswich (Zone 3).

With over 400 plants in our catalogue, taking photos of every single one would be a massive task! Instead, our photos show an average representation of each plant.

Depending on the season, the plant you receive may be bushier or slimmer than what’s pictured. But rest assured, we always choose the healthiest, best-looking plants available at the time of your order.

We source our plants from top-quality wholesale growers, primarily based on the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.

All our plants come from Australian-owned and operated nurseries, ensuring they’re professionally grown to the highest retail standards.
